문화재 설명정보
양산면 수두리에서 강을 건너 대곡 입구 언덕 강안에 위치하여 있다. 경치가 매우 아름다우며, 양산들이 한눈에 보이고, 금강을 품에 안고 있는 모습이다. 정각은 목조 기와로 당대 거유(巨儒)였던 백우(白愚) 이시연(李時然)의 문인(門人)들이 그를 추모하여 세운 정각이다. 만취(晩翠) 이찬연(李燦然)의 기문(記文) 등이 있다.
Hancheonjeong Pavilion is located on a small hill at the entrance to Daegok across the Geumgang River from Sudu-ri in Yangsan-myeon, Yeongdong. It is set amid a splendid landscape encompassing the vast fields of Yangsan and the broadly flowing river.
This wooden pavilion with a tiled roof was built by fellow writers of Lee Si-yeon (pen-name: Baegu), a renowned Confucianist of the time, to commemorate him.
