이 정문은 윤기손, 기진 형제의 효행을 기리기 위하여 세운 효자문으로 정면 3간, 측면 1간의 목조기와 맞배집으로 형제의 효자문과 청풍김씨 열녀문이 같이 있다.
편액에는 형인 기손은 효자 절충장군겸지중추부사윤기손지문 상지이십일년 신사 이월 일 명정<孝子折衝將軍兼知中樞府事尹起巽之門上之二十一年辛巳二月日命旌>이라 되어 있고, 동생 기진의 현액은 효자 학생윤기진지문 상지이십일년 신사 이월 일 명정<孝子學生尹起震之門上之二十一年辛巳二月日命旌>이라 되어 있으며 청풍김씨 열녀문의 편액은 열녀 고학생윤득성처 유인청풍김씨지문 상지이십오년 을유십일월 일 명정<烈女古學生尹得聖妻儒人淸風金氏之門上之二十五年乙酉十一月日命旌>이라 되어 있다.
형제는 부모에 효성이 지극하였다. 어머니가 병이 들어 꿩고기를 드시고 싶어하시니 형제는 울면서 꿩을 구하러 쏘다니다 독수리 한 마리가 꿩을 차고 오다가 형제 앞에 떨어뜨렸다. 형제는 이 꿩을 주어다가 고아드렸더니 어머니의 병환이 나았다. 후에 어머니 병환이 위독하자 형은 세손가락을, 동생은 다섯 손가락을 잘라 그 피를 드리니 그 지성이 감천하여 3년을 더 살았다 한다.
후에 형제의 효행이 장계되어 임금이 듣고 형에게 절충장군 중추부사를 증직하고 효자정문을 세우도록 하였다.

영어 내용

This Commemorative Pavilion was erected to honor the filial devotion of two brothers, Yun Gi-shon and Yun Gi-jin. It is a wooden structure with a tiled, gable roof and measures three kan (a unit of measurement referring to the distance between two columns) at the front and one kan at the sides. It houses the stele erected to honor the Yun brothers’ filial devotion, as well as the stele erected to commemorate the matrimonial devotion of Lady Kim of the Cheongpung clan.
The brothers took care of their sick mother with deep and sincere filial piety. When she wanted to eat pheasant one day, they went out to hunt for one filled with desperation, their eyes brimming with tears. Suddenly, an eagle came flying towards them with a pheasant in its claws, and dropped it right in front of them. They cooked the bird and gave it to their mother, and her illness was cured. Later, when she again became seriously ill, the elder brother cut three of his fingers, while the younger one cut five of his fingers, in order to give her blood. This great act of devotion and sincerity moved the heavens to such an extent that their mother lived for three more years.
Sometime later, their filial devotion was reported to the king, who posthumously promoted the older brother to the position of grade-3 military official (Jeolchungjanggun and Jungchubusa), and ordered the construction of this commemorative pavilion.
