The Ssangseogyeon Epigraph is engraved on a rock, which stands by the waterside in a valley containing the Mullebanga Rest Area, near the entrance to the Four Lion Nine-story Stone Pagoda at the Sajabinsinsa Temple Site in Jecheon. The epigraph can be seen by looking down from Waryonggyo Bridge. The epigraph “Ssangseogyeon” (雙石淵), which refers to a part of the natural topography where “two rocks (ssangseok) stand by the waterside (yeon),” is inscribed in regular script (10 cm x 12-14 cm) on this large rock (5.6 m x 2.4 m). The date of the inscription is unknown.
